Refund Policy

CatchAFace sells one-time credit packs that unlock search results. Because each search consumes real processing the moment it runs, the following applies.

Unused credits

If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any of its searches, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Used credits

Once a credit has been used to unlock results, that credit is non-refundable, because the search has already been performed on your behalf.

Billing problems

If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, contact us and we will work with our payment provider to make it right.

How to request a refund

Email support@catchaface.com with the email address used at checkout and your approximate purchase date. Refunds are issued through our payment provider, who is the merchant of record.
